Maulik Vaidya is Currently working with Tirshil Enterprises Pvt Ltd(TEPL) as a AVP-Business Development, he looks after the procurement of physical commodities in co-ordination with Physical commodity trades in mandi’s, across the country, keeping in mind the quality parameters & the storage facility. His Duties includes Cost calculation while procuring the physical commodities, co-ordination with WSP’s for the space required to store the commodity, their rent and other cost, decides the WSP, commodity deposition part comes under him, both demat & non demat, the next process comes under his part is keeping the track record of Commodity stored at warehouse, co-ordination with accounts department for payments to traders, Commodity brokers & WSP’s, tracking deliveries against the trades done at exchange. Maulik handles the process of Pay-in of Commodity in co-ordination with Comtrack participant and Exchange, of all clients
Maulik Vaidya also looks after the Trade Funding for clients; he looks after the process of stock to be pledged with bank or any other NBFC’s, both Demat and Non-Demat commodities. He keeps the track of Stock pledged with pledgee, interest rate, CM charges, PF, to be paid/received, Date of disbursement, etc. Maulik keeps close eye on monthly payment/Receipts of Interest paid/received & Warehouse rent paid Received. Maulik also sees the process of stock to be unpledged
Prior to Joining TEPL, Maulik was working with Grovalue Commodity Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad Branch as a Commodity Manager, where he used to handle the Purchase sheet of various commodities, along with the warehouse wise stock position, warehouse rent, record of funded and unfunded stock details, He also looks after co-ordination with warehouse supervisor for deposit-withdrawal doc, and the quality report, coordination with transporter for loading and unloading of commodity’s, coordination with trader for invoices. Maulik was responsible for commodity withdrawal process In GVCPL.
